摘  要:以硅烷改性聚醚为基础聚合物,添加填料和助剂,制备了一种新型环保型硅烷改性聚醚防水涂料。研究了填料、增塑剂、偶联剂和催化剂对该防水涂料性能的影响。结果表明,填料采用粒径小、比表面积大的纳米碳酸钙,增塑剂选用聚醚二元醇,所制得的硅烷改性聚醚防水涂料综合性能最佳;当偶联剂采用DAMO时,制得的防水涂料拉伸强度和粘结强度较高;当偶联剂采用540和1189时,制得的防水涂料断裂伸长率高、韧性好;当催化剂采用0.2%~0.5%的U220H或U303时,制得的防水涂料储存稳定性和施工性能较好。A kind of new environmentally friendly silane modified polyether waterproofing coating is prepared by using silane modified polyether as the basic polymer and adding fillers and additives.The effects of filler,plasticizer,coupling agent and catalyst on the properties of the waterproofing coating are studied.The results show that the silane modified polyether waterproofing coating has the best comprehensive performance when nano calcium carbonate with small particle size and large specific surface area is used as filler and polyether diol as plasticizer;when DAMO is used as coupling agent,the tensile strength and bonding strength of the waterproofing coating are higher;When 540 and 1189 coupling agents are used,the waterproofing coating has high elongation at break and good toughness;when 0.2%~0.5%U220H or U303 catalyst adopted,the waterproofing coating has good storage stability and construction performance.
