摘 要:在屋面防水工程中,SBS改性沥青防水卷材搭接边结构的可靠性和耐久性一直是行业最为关注的问题之一。本研究对实际工程案例进行了现场勘测和取样检测,表征了工程样品中卷材本身以及搭接边结构的关键性能指标,经与同型号未使用的卷材以及国家标准要求进行对比,分析了工程样品中搭接边性能的劣化程度。研究表明,经过12年的屋面防水工程服役,SBS改性沥青防水卷材本身仍然具备防水功能,搭接边结构的机械强度仍然满足标准要求,外观上也未见明显缺陷,但搭接边热熔粘结结构的防水功能已经失效,搭接边热熔粘结结构的老化速度比卷材本身的老化速度更快。In roof waterproofing engineering,the reliability and durability of the overlap of SBS modified bitumen waterproofing membrane has always been one of the most concerned issues in the industry.In this study,field survey and sampling detection of the actual engineering cases are carried out,and the key performance indicators of the membrane itself and the overlap structure in the engineering samples are characterized.By comparing with the unused membrane of the same model and the requirements of the national standard,the degradation degree of the overlap performance in the engineering samples is analyzed.The research shows that after 12 years of service in roof waterproofing engineering,SBS modified bitumen waterproofing membrane itself still has waterproofing function,the mechanical strength of the overlap structure still meets the standard requirements,and there are no obvious defects in the appearance,but the waterproofing function of the hot melt bonding structure of the overlap has failed,and the aging speed of the hot melt bonding structure of overlap is faster than that of the membrane itself.
