摘  要:为提高品种选择的可靠性,对中长绒陆地棉3D801材料90个株系的农艺性状和纤维品质性状进行相关分析和聚类分析。结果表明:单株铃数、株高、果枝数、始果枝位节数的变异系数较大,纤维整齐度和反射率的变异系数最小;株系各性状间存在复杂的相关性,农艺性状与纤维品质性状间存在显著的正相关或负相关;通过聚类分析,在卡方距离1.08处可以将90个株系划分为6个类群,各类群在某一方面存在一定优势,且类群中各株系差异性相对较小,按照类群合并株系可扩大原种的种子量,增加扩繁速度。In order to improve the reliability of cultivar selection, correlation analysis and cluster analysis were carried out on the agronomic and fiber quality characters of 90 medium and long-staple upland cotton 3 D801 lines. The results showed that the coefficient of variation of boll number per plant, plant height, number of fruit branches and initial node of fruit branch was large, and the coefficient of variation of fiber uniformity and reflectance was the smallest. There is a complex correlation among the traits of the plant lines, and significant positive and negative correlation between agronomic traits and fiber quality traits exited. Through the cluster analysis among strains, 90 strains were clustered into 6 groups at the chi-square distance of 1.08, each group has certain advantages in a certain aspect, and the differences among the strains in the group are relatively small. Combining lines according to groups can expand the seed quantity of the original species and increase the propagation speed.
