摘 要:针对永智煤矿5101综采工作面运输系统智能化改造需要,对其现用运输系统进行了智能化改造技术研究。对于主运系统,胶带输送机选择DSJ120系列可伸缩带式输送机,机头采用集中变频起动方式,控制系统选用KJ1083矿用工作面及皮带运输通信控制系统;对于辅运系统,采用KJ915矿用机车运输管理系统,并从车辆管理系统、失速拦截系统与智能监控系统三方面进行了系统改造。通过预期改造成果分析,井下整个运输系统现场操控人员数量降低2/3,人力资源支出可减少80~100万元/年,可有效降低事故发生率,改善井下作业环境。In view of the needs of intelligent transformation of the transportation system of the 5101 fully mechanized working face of Yongzhi Coal Mine,the transformation technology of its current transportation system is studied.For the major transportation system,the belt conveyor chooses DSJ120 series retractable belt conveyor,the head section adopts the centralized frequency conversion starting method,and the control system adopts KJ1083 mining face and belt transportation communication control system.For the auxiliary transportation system,KJ915 mining locomotive transportation management system has been transformed from three aspects:vehicle management system,stall interception system and intelligent monitoring system.Through the analysis of the expected transformation results,the on-site labors of the entire underground transportation system can be reduced by 2/3,and the human resource expenditure can be reduced by 800000 to 1 million yuan per year,which can effectively reduce the accident rate and improve the underground operating environment.
