摘  要:利用楠竹制浆可缓解我国造纸原料资源短缺问题,对促进乡村振兴战略实施和增加碳汇能力具有重要意义。本文介绍了我国的竹资源、竹子化学制浆特性和国内竹浆产业现状;对楠竹的化学组成、纤维形态、物理特性和生物结构进行了详细地分析和讨论;重点介绍了国内楠竹化学制浆技术的科研和产业化应用,以及楠竹溶解浆制浆;并提出了楠竹化学制浆产业化需要重点注意的技术问题及其建议。Using Moso bamboo as papermaking material is of great significance to relieve the shortage of papermaking raw material resources,promote the implementation of China’s Rural Revitalization Strategy and increase carbon sink capacity.The resources of bamboo in China,the characteristics of bamboo chemical pulping and the current situation of bamboo pulping industry were presented in this paper.The chemical composition,fiber morphology,physical properties and biological structure of Moso bamboo were analyzed and discussed in detail.The research and industrial application of chemical pulping technology of Moso bamboo in China were highlighted,and the pulping of Moso bamboo dissolving pulp was also showed.Finally,the key technical problems and suggestions for the industrialization of chemical pulping of Moso bamboo were put forward.
