纸张的吸墨性对卷烟商标中溶剂残留的影响

摘　　要：通过比较不同生产厂家生产的同一规格纸张在相同印刷条件下,采用顶空-气相色谱/质谱联用仪进行溶剂残留的测定,比较其溶剂残留含量,分析其吸墨性存在的差异,以便指导生产。结果表明:不同生产商生产的同一规格纸张,其吸墨性存在差异,说明纸张的吸墨性差异是普遍存在的,而且受多个因素影响,最终从产品溶剂残留中体现出来。而油墨中溶剂种类的选择也对卷烟商标溶剂残留含量有影响。By comparing the same specif ications of paper produced by different manufacturers under the same printing conditions,the solvent residues were determined by headspacegas chromatography/mass spectrometry,and the solvent residues were compared to analyze the differences in ink absorption,so as to guide the production.The results showed that the ink absorption of the same specification paper produced by different manufacturers was different,indicating that the ink absorption of paper was universal and affected by many factors,which was finally reflected in the solvent residue of the product.The selection of solvent types in ink also affects the solvent residual content of cigarette trademark.
