摘　　要：针对年产30万t化机浆项目木片输送系统试运行期间所发生自动控制和机械故障问题,提出了相应的解决方法和处置措施,确保了生产装置安全、平稳、高效地运行。并对木片输送系统的生产工艺、逻辑联锁和试运行方案进行总结,为从事木片输送系统工程技术人员提供参考和借鉴。In view of the problems of automatic control and mechanical failure during the trial operation of the wood chip conveying system of 300000 t/a chemical mechanical pulp project,the corresponding solutions and disposal measures were put forward to ensure the safe,stable and efficient operation of the plant.And the production process,logic interlocking and trial operation scheme of wood chip conveying system were summarized,so as to provide reference for engineers and technicians engaged in wood chip conveying system.
