摘　　要：通过分析顶部分离器螺旋轴与减速机吊挂连接螺栓的宏观断口形貌,螺栓的规格、强度、硬度等材料特性,以及安装连接形式等因素,分析螺栓断裂的原因,并提出解决方案。By analyzing the macro fracture morphology,material characteristics such as bolt specification,strength and hardness,installation and connection form of the connecting bolt between the screw shaft of the top separator and the reducer,the causes of bolt fracture are obtained,and the solutions are put forward.
