摘  要:文中以严寒地区中东铁路住宅为研究对象,通过实地调研分析归纳中东铁路住宅气候响应措施,并通过夏冬季节实测研究不同围护结构和采暖方式对室内热环境的影响。研究表明中东铁路住宅主要通过提升围护结构的保温性能、增设门斗等缓冲空间等措施来提升室内热环境。同时实测表明中东铁路住宅对室外温度的波动有很好的防御效果,但存在夏季湿度过大冬季整体温度较低的问题;集中供热下室内热环境整体较为稳定,火炕加土暖气下室内波动较大,舒适度较低。中东铁路住宅热环境及气候响应措施的研究,可为未来中东铁路住宅的保护更新提供参考。This paper takes the residences along the Middle East Railway in the severe cold area as the research ob⁃ject,the climate response measures of which were analyzed and summarized through field investigation.The influ⁃ence of different envelope structures and heating methods on the indoor thermal environment through the actual mea⁃surement in summer and winter was studied.The results show that the indoor thermal environment of the residence was mainly improved by the thermal insulation of the envelope structure and adding buffer spaces such as door buck⁃ets.The residence has a good defense effect against the fluctuation of outdoor temperature,whereas the humidity is too high in summer and the overall temperature in winter is low.Under central heating,the indoor thermal environ⁃ment is relatively stable as a whole,in which the indoor fluctuation is large and the comfort is low under the condi⁃tion of Heated Kang combined with old-fashioned heating.The paper may provide the reference for the protection and renewal of the Middle East Railway residence in the future.
