摘　　要：老旧小区改造和城市更新是我国当下重要城市建设任务,研究通过对黑龙江省佳木斯市某小区的改造过程、改造内容、治理理念、改造评价、功能复兴等方面阐述与分析,探索当下老旧小区改造和城市更新的思路与方法,期望为城市和社区的改造更新提供指导。The renovation of older community and urban regeneration is an important assignment in China now.Taking a project in Jiamusi,Heilongjiang Province as the case,renovation process,renovation content,management ideas,renovation assessment,and function rehabilitation were elaborated and analyzed to explores the ideas and methods of the renewal of older community and urban regeneration,and to provide implementations for the regenera⁃tion of community and urban.
