摘  要:以沈阳地铁4号线沈阳北站-皇寺广场站地铁施工穿越站台桩基为背景,在盾构连续穿越桩基且无地面加固的条件下,采用盾构冷冻作为截桩过程中的开舱换刀加固措施,以水土压力计算和数值分析的方式确定出合理的盾构刀盘、盾体位置冻结壁厚度,并根据计算结果进一步分析换刀过程。最后证明冻结壁能够增强地层抗压能力,为开舱换刀提供有效的支撑。In the section between Shenyang North Station and Huangsi Square Station,the construction of the sub⁃way across the pile foundations.Under the condition that the shield machine advances through the pile foundation continuously without ground reinforcement,the shield frozen is adopted as the reinforcement measure of the cutters exchanging in the process of cutting piles.The freezing of the shield is used as the reinforcement measure for opening the compartment and changing the cutter in the process of pile cutting.The reasonable thickness of the frozen wall at the shield cutter head and shield body position is determined by means of water and soil pressure calculation and nu⁃merical analysis,and the tool changing process is further analyzed according to the calculation results.Finally,it is proved that the frozen wall can enhance the compressive capacity of the formation and provide effective support for opening the compartment and changing the cutter reinforcement.
