摘　　要：优先数和优先数系是目前国际通行的、科学且先进的数字体系,以优先数来进行产品的选型设计便于将产品的各类物理量控制在较小的范围内,既利于组织生产也利于国际竞争。减速器是机械产品中常用的用于改变转速和转矩的传动装置,品种繁多,规格庞杂。设计减速器样机时,借助优先数系设计样机,能以较少的尺寸系列来覆盖产品范围,得到的参数能够推广至系列中的其它产品上,这种方法具有较好的经济价值和技术价值。Priority number and priority number system is a scientific and international unified numerical system.It is convenient for product selection and design by priority number to make product serialization and standardization,and also conducive to international competition.Reducer is commonly used in mechanical products to change the speed and torque of the transmission device with a wide variety of specifications.The priority number system is used to design a reducer prototype,which can cover the product range with less size series,and the parameters obtained can be extended to other products in the series.This method has better economic and technical value.
