摘  要:全液压动臂式塔机液压系统多为闭式系统,在重载、连续工作时伴随系统温升严重的问题,不但引起资源的浪费,也对塔机性能产生严重影响。针对某型号全液压动臂式塔机起升机构液压系统,利用AMESim软件搭建机液一体化热仿真模型,通过参数变化、环境因素变化、载荷变化确定影响液压系统温升的主要因素,为降低液压系统温升提供解决方案。The hydraulic system of the full hydraulic boom tower crane is mostly a closed system,which is accompanied by serious problems of system temperature rise during heavy load and continuous operation,which not only causes a waste of resources,but also has a serious impact on the performance of the tower crane.Aiming at the hydraulic system of a certain type of full hydraulic boom tower crane hoisting mechanism,the AMESim software is used to build a mechanical-hydraulic integrated thermal simulation model.The main factors affecting the temperature rise of the hydraulic system are determined through parameter changes,environmental factors changes,and load changes,in order to reduce The temperature rise of the hydraulic system provides a solution.
