摘  要:随着社会的进步和汽车的普及,整车的振动舒适性受到用户越来越高的关注。基于六自由度解耦原则的发动机悬置正向设计,对动力总成固有频率进行分析设计,并实现六个自由度各向基本解耦。既提高了整车在开发周期内一次性开发成功率和开发成本控制,也为后续整车实际的测评、调校提供理论方面的优化整改建议,减少开发过程中的试错轮次。With the progress of society and the popularization of vehicles,the vibration and comfort of vehicles gets more and more attention from users.Based on the forward design of engine suspension based on the principle of six degrees of freedom decoupling,the natural frequency of powertrain was analyzed and designed,and the basic decoupling of six degrees of freedom in all directions was realized.It not only improves the success rate of one-time development and the control of development cost of the whole vehicle in the development cycle,but also provides theoretical optimization and rectification suggestions for the subsequent actual evaluation and adjustment of the vehicle,and reduces the trial and error rounds in the development process.
