摘 要:无线通信技术现已广泛应用于汽车领域遥控钥匙、胎压监测等系统的开发。经调查,汽车无线遥控钥匙偶尔会出现功能失效、遥控距离短、性能不稳定等问题。文章针对该问题,设计了一款可应用于汽车数据通信模块的无线射频电路。采用FS32K作为核心单片机,同时基于英飞凌公司TDA5235与TDK5110F芯片作为系统收发模块。详细阐述了系统软硬件设计原理及天线建模仿真过程,并通过软硬联调方式对该系统进行试验验证。实验结果表明,该电路具有抗干扰能力强、遥控距离远、功耗低等优点,可完全应用于汽车数据通信模块。Wireless communication technology has been widely used in the development of remote control keys and tire pressure monitoring systems in the automotive field.After investigation,car wireless remote control keys occasionally have problems such as functional failure,short remote control distance,and unstable performance.Aiming at these problems,this paper designs a radio frequency circuit that can be applied to automotive data communication module.Using FS32K as the core single-chip microcomputer,and based on Infineon's TDA5235 and TDK5110F chips as the system transceiver module.The article elaborates the design principle of the system's software and hardware and the process of antenna modeling and simulation in detail,and the system is tested and verified by the method of joint debugging of software and hardware.The experimental results show that the circuit has the characteristics of strong anti-interference ability,long remote control distance,low power consumption,etc.,and can be fully applied to automotive data communication module.
