摘 要:以已有的传质理论作为研究基础,建立了一个三维的膜法脱硫数值模型。从串联膜组件、气体流速、液体流速、SO_(2)体积分数、膜组件数目5个因素进行实验模拟,得到了各因素对中水脱硫的性能影响及分布规律。研究结果表明:随着气体流速和SO_(2)体积分数的增大,SO_(2)的脱除效率呈下降趋势;随着液体流速的增大,SO_(2)的脱除效率呈上升趋势;通过对单一膜组件和串联膜组件进行对比,得出串联膜组件的SO_(2)的脱除效率都高于单一膜组件的SO_(2)的脱除效率,且随着串联的膜组件数目的增多,SO_(2)的脱除效率显著提高。Based on the existing mass transfer theory,a three-dimensional membrane desulfurization numerical model is established.From five series factors of membrane module,gas flow rate,liquid flow rate,SO_(2) volume fraction,and the number of membrane modules,an experimental simulation is conducted,and the influence and distribution rules of each factor on sewage desulfurization performance are obtained.The research results show that with the increase of gas flow rate and SO_(2) volume fraction,the removal efficiency of SO_(2) shows a downward trend,with the increase of liquid flow rate,the removal efficiency of SO_(2) shows an upward trend.The single membrane module and series membrane module are compared,the SO_(2) removal efficiency of tandem membrane modules is higher than that of a single the SO_(2) removal efficiency of the membrane module,and as the number of membrane modules connected in series increases,the SO_(2) removal efficiency increases significantly.
