铅基板栅用铅钙合金偏析控制的研究与实践

摘　　要：针对铅基合金板栅用铅钙合金在配制浇注过程中钙元素偏析严重,通过铅钙合金偏析理论分析,改进生产工艺参数、冷却水温控等,解决了钙偏析难题。生产实践表明,SD21合金和CWZ合金钙元素的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别由原来的5.94%和5.32%减小至1.13%和1.45%,满足了铅基合金钙元素质量控制要求。In view of the serious calcium segregation in the preparation and pouring process of leadcalcium alloy used for lead-based alloy plate and gate,the problems of calcium segregation were solved by improving the production process parameters and cooling water temperature control through theoretical analysis of lead-calcium alloy segregation.The production practice shows that the relative standard deviations(RSD)of calcium in SD21 alloy and CWZ alloy are reduced from 5.94%and 5.32%to 1.13%and 1.45%,respectively,meeting the quality control requirements of calcium in lead base alloy.
