浅谈石墨在储能用铅酸蓄电池负板中的应用

摘  要:在负极铅膏配方中添加不同含量石墨,生产13 Ah负极板,然后组装成6-CNF-100储能电池。对极板表观变化,以及电池的容量、低温性能、循环性能等进行分析。结果显示:负板配方中添加不同含量的石墨,对电池在表观变化、电池容量、低温性能、循环性能均有较明显的影响。负板配方中添加石墨含量为3‰比较合适,否则过大与过小对电池性能均有不利的影响。In this paper,a 6-CNF-100 energy storage battery was fabricated by adding 13 Ah negative plates with different graphite content into the negative plate formula.By comparing and analyzing the changes of the electrode surface,the capacity of the battery,the low temperature performance and the cycle performance,etc.The experimental results show that the graphite content in the negative plate formula has an obvious effect on the apparent change,the capacity,the low temperature performance and the cycle performance of the battery.When the graphite content is 3‰in the negative plate formula,it is suitable.Too Large or too small will have a negative effect on the performance of the battery.In this range,the appearance of the plate,battery capacity,low-temperature performance,and cycle performance are assured.
