摘  要:针对铅酸蓄电池使用一段周期后出现内部单格失水而导致电池变形及性能下降的情况,笔者设计出一款电池槽。电池槽的内部被分隔板分隔成若干单格,每个单格内有一个电池极群。在电池中心极群集格处设计有电解液储液槽,利用吸液耐酸棉条将电解液引导至极群。根据验证及解剖分析可明显弥补电池后期失水。For the lead-acid battery,after a period of use,the internal single cell water loss defect of the battery leads to the deformation and performance degradation of the battery.The author designs a battery container,which is internally divided into several single cells by a partition plate.There is a battery pole group in each single cell,and an electrolyte storage tank is designed at the cluster cell of the central pole of the battery.The liquid absorption and acid resistant cotton strip is used to guide the liquid to the pole group,According to the verification and anatomical analysis,it can significantly make up for the later water loss of the battery.
