基于“根溜注入”理论针刺上入穴治疗颈性眩晕的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察在“根溜注入”理论指导下针刺上入穴治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:选择60例颈性眩晕患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用常规针刺治疗,治疗组采用针刺上入穴治疗。连续治疗6周,观察两组治疗前后的眩晕症状与评估量表(ESCV)中的各项评分、椎基底动脉平均血流速度,并评定临床疗效。结果:治疗6周后,治疗组治愈7例,显效11例,有效10例,无效2例,总有效率为93.3%(28/30),对照组治愈3例,显效8例,有效12例,无效7例,总有效率为76.7%(23/30),治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组的ESCV中眩晕程度、颈肩痛、头痛等评分均提升,治疗组更显著(P<0.05);在左右椎动脉及基底动脉平均血流速度改善方面,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在“根溜注入”理论的指导下针刺上入穴治疗颈性眩晕疗效明显,值得临床更深入地探究。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of needling upper entering acupoints on cervical vertigo(CV)under the guidance of‘Gen Liu Zhu Ru’theory.Methods:60 patients with CV were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with needling upper entering acupoints.After 6 weeks of continuous treatment,the vertigo symptoms and scores in the evaluation scale(ESCV)and the average blood flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery were observed before and after the treatment,and the clinical curative effect was evaluated in the two groups.Results:After 6 weeks of the treatment,there were 7 cured cases,11 markedly effective cases,10 effective cases and 2 ineffective cases in the treatment group,and the total effective rate was 93.3%(28/30)in the treatment group;there were 3 cured cases,8 markedly effective cases,12 effective cases and 7 ineffective cases in the control group,and the total effective rate was 76.7%(23/30)in the control group;the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of vertigo,neck and shoulder pain and headache in ESCV were improved after the treatment in the two groups,and the improvements in the treatment group were more significant(P<0.05).The average blood flow velocity of left and right vertebral artery and basilar artery in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Needling upper entering acupoints based on‘Gen Liu Zhu Ru’is effective in treatment of CV,which is worthy of further clinical exploration.
