摘　　要：青蒿在中国有近两千年的药用历史,其主要活性成分为青蒿素及其衍生物。青蒿素已被世卫组织认定为首选抗疟药物。除抗疟功能以外,青蒿素及其衍生物还具有抗肿瘤、治疗心血管疾病、治疗白血病、抗菌、抗病毒、抗炎、治疗神经系统疾病、治疗阿尔茨海默病、抗纤维化、调节骨质疏松等重要药理作用。本文通过文献阅读全面综述了青蒿素及其衍生物在抗疟及多种疾病治疗中的药理功能,为其基础与临床研究提供一定的参考。Artemisinin and its derivatives are the main active ingredients of Artemisia apiacea,which has a medicinal history of nearly two thousand years in China.Artemisinin has been confirmed by the World Health Organization as the first choice of anti-malarial drug.In addition to anti-malarial action,artemisinin and its derivatives also have significant pharmacological effects,including anti-tumor,anti-bacteria,anti-virus,anti-inflammation,anti-fibrosis,which can be used in treating cardiovascular disease,leukemia,neurological disease and Alzheimer’s disease,as well as regulating osteoporosis.This study comprehensively reviewed the pharmacological actions of artemisinin and its derivatives in treatment of malaria and various diseases,which could provide references for the basic and clinical researches of artemisinin.
