摘 要:随着轨道交通枢纽地上地下一体化建设的快速发展,其周边配套建筑设施越来越完善;但这也导致建筑能耗进一步增加。同时,近零碳排放建筑的建设越来越受到重视,故文章以深圳市某既有轨道交通枢纽配套建筑为例,通过EnergyPlus软件建立能耗分析模型,从围护结构热工性能优化、可再生能源系统设计应用与空调系统运行优化3个方面,对配套建筑进行模拟分析,最后给出适用的近零碳排放措施实施路径与方向,为其他建筑的近零碳排放实施路径提供参考依据。With the rapid development of overground and underground integration of rail transit hubs,their supporting buildings and facilities are becoming more and more adequate,which has led to further increases in building energy consumption.At the same time,the construction of near-zero carbon emission buildings is attracting more and more attention;therefore,this paper takes an existing rail transit hub supporting building in Shenzhen as an example,an energy consumption model was established with EnergyPlus,and the supporting buildings were simulated and analyzed from three aspects:optimization thermal performance of envelope structure,design and application of renewable energy system,and optimization of air-conditioning system operation.Finally,the direction of the applicable near-zero carbon emissions implementation path is derived,which provide a reference basis of the near-zero carbon emissions implementation path for other buildings.
