摘　　要：致心律失常性右室心肌病(arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy,ARVC)是年轻人心脏骤停的主要原因之一,早发现、早诊断至关重要。空军军医大学西京医院心脏内科心电图室近一年来通过平板运动试验(treadmill exercise test,TET)诊断ARVC患者5例。本文结合实例探讨了TET在ARVC早期诊断预警中的作用,同时提示其可导致ARVC患者症状加重,心电图出现epsilon波,并发生左束支阻滞形态的室性早搏,而三维瀑布图可为早期诊断提供重要参考。Arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy(ARVC)is one of the main causes of cardiac arrest in young population.Early detection and early diagnosis are very important.The ECG Room of Department of Car-diology in Xijing Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University has diagnosed 5 patients with ARVC through treadmill exercise test(TET)in recent one year.Based on practical cases,this paper investigates the role of TET in the early diagnosis and early warning of ARVC.It also indicates that TET could aggravate the symptoms of ARVC patients,and bring out epsilon wave in ECG and ventricular premature beats in the morphology of left bun-dle branch block.Three-dimensional waterfall chart could provide an important reference for early diagnosis.
