摘　　要：目的采用速愈乐^(TM)愈伤敷料(BSB)联合自体富血小板凝胶(APG)治疗老年糖尿病足溃疡(DFUs),观察其临床疗效。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月于成都医学院第一附属医院住院的老年DFUs患者30例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组(BSB+APG)和对照组(BSB),每组15例。观察两组患者不同时间创面愈合情况、换药次数、抗生素使用时间及治疗总费用情况。结果试验组创面愈合时间、治疗总费用明显少于对照组(P<0.05);试验组在治疗后2周创面愈合率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组换药次数和抗生素使用时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论BSB联合APG治疗有利于加快老年DFUs患者创面的愈合,有效减少愈合时间及治疗总费用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of bismuth subgallate/borneol(Suile^(TM) BSB)combined with autologous platelet-rich gel(APG)in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetic foot ulcers(DFUs).Methods A total of 30 elderly patients with DFUs hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected.They were randomly divided into experimental group(BSB+APG,n=15)and control group(BSB,n=15).The wound healing rate at different time points,number of dressing changes,duration of antibiotic use and total cost of treatment were observed in the two groups.Results The healing time and total cost of treatment in experimental group were significantly less than those in control group(P<0.05).The wound healing rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group at 2 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).Number of dressing changes and duration of antibiotic use in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion BSB combined with APG can accelerate wound healing of elderly patients with DFUs,and effectively reduce the healing time and the total cost of treatment.
