摘　　要：目的了解重症监护室(ICU)医务人员探视信念与态度现状及其影响因素,为ICU探视管理提供科学依据。方法选取2020年9月在成都市某5所三级医院工作的771名ICU医务人员为研究对象,采用ICU探视信念与态度问卷进行调查。结果ICU医务人员探视信念总分为(2.81±0.29)分,探视态度总分为(5.39±1.12)分,对探视持积极的信念与态度。多元回归分析结果显示,文化程度、职业、职称、ICU工作年限、探视经历、对现行探视制度是否满意、探视相关知识培训为ICU医务人员探视信念的影响因素。文化程度、职业、探视制度、探视经历、对现行探视制度是否满意、探视相关知识培训为ICU医务人员探视态度的影响因素。结论ICU医务人员认为探视对患者、家属以及治疗/护理均有利,医疗机构管理者应积极开展探视相关知识培训,提高ICU医务人员探视的信念与态度水平。Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of beliefs and attitudes toward visitation of ICU medical staff,so as to provide scientific basis for improving the effect of visitation management in ICU.Methods In September 2020,a total of 771 ICU medical personnel working in 5 grade-A tertiary hospitals in Chengdu were selected and investigated by using the beliefs and attitudes toward visitation in ICU questionnaire(BAVIQ).Results The average score of beliefs and attitudes toward visitation of ICU medical staff were(2.81±0.29)points and(5.39±1.12)points,respectively,indicating that they had positive beliefs and attitudes toward visitation.Multiple regression analysis showed that educational level,occupation,professional title,working years,satisfaction with the current visitation system and visitation related knowledge training were the influencing factors of visitation belief.Educational level,occupation,visitation system,satisfaction with the current visitation system and visitation related knowledge training were the influencing factors of visitation attitude.Conclusion ICU medical staff believe that visitation is beneficial to patients,family members,as well as treatment and nursing.Hospital managers should actively carry out the training of visitation related knowledge to improve the beliefs and attitudes toward visitation of ICU medical staff.
