成都市社区居民安宁疗护认知与需求情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解成都市社区居民安宁疗护认知水平,并探讨其影响因素。方法于2021年1-5月,采用便利抽样方法,向成都市新都区新都街道正因社区居民和青羊区东坡社区居民发放《成都市社区居民对安宁疗护认知情况问卷调查》,分析社区居民安宁疗护认知水平及其影响因素。结果34.5%的社区居民认为了解和非常了解安宁疗护,56.07%的社区居民认为安宁疗护不够普及的主要原因是政策宣传不够。安宁疗护认知水平与年龄、性别、文化程度、婚姻状况、收入及收入来源、从事时间最长的职业、生活满意度有关。结论成都市社区居民对安宁疗护认知水平较低,需加强宣传,普及相关知识,建立适合中国国情的安宁疗护体系。Objective To understand the cognitive level of hospice care among community residents in Chengdu,and to explore its influencing factors.Methods Convenience sampling was adopted.From January to May,2021,Questionnaire Survey on Cognition of Hospice Care Among Community Residents in Chengdu was distributed to residents of Zhengyin Community of Xindu Stree in Xindu District,and Dongpo community in Qingyang District,Chengdu.The cognitive level of hospice care among the community residents and its influencing factors were analyzed.Results The survey results showed that 34.5%of the community residents reported knowing about hospice care,and 56.07%believed that the lack of publicity was the main reason for the insufficient popularization of hospice care.The cognitive level of hospice care was related to age,gender,education level,marital status,income and source of income,longest-running occupation and life satisfaction.Conclusion Community residents in Chengdu have a low cognitive level of hospice care.It is necessary to strengthen publicity,popularize relevant knowledge,and establish a hospice care system suitable for the national conditions in China.
