摘 要:目的探讨“1+1”对症健康宣教模式对单纯性鼾症患者扁桃体切除术后康复情况和心理状态的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年5月广元市中心医院行扁桃体切除术的鼾症患者120例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组60例。对照组围术期接受常规宣传教育,试验组在对照组基础上接受“1+1”对症健康宣教模式。比较两组患者术后第1、3、5天的疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)、干预前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分;扁桃体剥离面白膜脱落时间、切口愈合时间、住院时间和并发症发生率。结果与对照组比较,试验组术后第1、3、5天VAS得分、SAS评分和SDS评分均降低(P<0.05);术后扁桃体剥离面白膜脱落时间、切口愈合时间和住院时间更短,术后并发症发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论“1+1”对症健康宣教模式可改善患者不良负性心理、减轻痛苦、降低术后并发症发生率,缩短住院周期,促进康复。Objective To explore the effect of"1+1"symptomatic health education model on the rehabilitation process and psychological state of patients with simple snoring after tonsillectomy.Methods A total of 120 patients with snoring disease who needed tonsillectomy in Guangyuan central hospital from January 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group(n=60)and experimental group(n=60)according to random number table method.During the perioperative period,the control group received routine health education,while the experimental group received"1+1"mode of symptomatic health education on the basis of routine health education.The scores of visual analogue scale of pain(VAS)on the 1st,3rd and 5th day after operation,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Shedding time of flaking face,healing time of incision,hospital stay and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group had lower VAS score on the 1st,3rd and 5th day after operation,lower SAS score and SDS score after intervention,shorter shedding time of the white membrane,shorter healing time of the incision,shorter hospital stay,and lower incidence of postoperative complications(P<0.05).Conclusion"1+1"symptomatic health education model can improve patients′negative psychology,relieve pain,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,shorten the hospital stay,and promote the rehabilitation.
