摘 要:以国内某油页岩露天矿为例,结合该矿山采、炼一体化的生产特征,以及多种矿石产品的不同利用方式,经过研究与分析,确定了价格法更加适宜此类矿山计算经济合理剥采比;通过此计算方法,分别对露天矿块精矿利用方案和矿石产品全利用方案经济合理剥采比进行计算。经对比分析可知,矿石产品全利用露天矿经济合理剥采比可由1.31 m3/t增大至2.25 m3/t,剥采比提高72%;矿石产品全利用吨油耗矿量可由89.08 t降低至50.31 t,降低44%。This article takes a domestic oil shale open-pit mine as an example,combines with the production characteristics of the mine's integrated mining and refining and the different utilization methods of a variety of ore products.After research and analysis,the article determines that the price method is more suitable for calculating economic and reasonable stripping ratio for similar mines.Through this calculation method,the article respectively calculates economic and reasonable stripping ratio of the open-pit ore concentrate utilization plan and the ore product full utilization plan.Through comparative analysis,the economical and reasonable stripping ratio of open-pit mines with full utilization of ore products can be increased from 1.31 m3/t to 2.25 m3/t,and the stripping ratio can be increased by 72%;the oil consumption per ton of full utilization of ore products can be reduced from 89.08 t to 50.31 t,a reduction of 44%.
