摘 要:露天煤矿采用连续或半连续开采工艺是国际性发展趋势,有望大幅度降低剥采成本,连续采煤工艺可以克服传统开采工艺存在的缺点。通过分析连续采煤机的工作特点,同时针对西湾露天煤矿的剥采环境,探讨了连续采煤机在西湾露天煤矿的应用可行性,并且阐述了连续采煤机的连续开采工艺,可为露天煤矿连续采煤工艺设计提供参考。The use of continuous or semi-continuous mining technology in open-pit coal mines is an international development trend,which is expected to greatly reduce the cost of stripping.Continuous mining technology can overcome the shortcomings of traditional mining technology.This article analyzes the working characteristics of the continuous shearer in depth,and at the same time,in view of the stripping environment of Xiwan Open-pit Coal Mine,this article discusses the feasibility of the application of the continuous shearer in Xiwan Open-pit Coal Mine,and also describes the continuous mining technology of the continuous shearer,which provides a reference for the design of continuous mining technology in open-pit coal mines.
