摘 要:破碎站是露天矿生产过程中必不可少的环节,单斗卡车在受料仓卸料时产生大量粉尘,对破碎站周围空气造成严重的粉尘污染。为了研究破碎站受料仓含尘气体运移规律,采用现场影像记录和含尘气体流速定点监测的方法研究卡车卸料过程起尘规律,卡车卸料产生的含尘气流运动规律具有一致性,即摩擦起尘阶段,卡车卸料挤压、诱导阶段和粉尘布朗运动扩散阶段。结果表明:破碎站受料仓粉尘污染动力源主要来自于卡车卸料物料流的对受料仓内流场的挤压、诱导作用,诱导气流主要发生在车尾对侧仓壁附近,峰值达到4.3 m/s左右。The crushing station is an indispensable link in the production process of the open-pit mine.The single-bucket truck generates a large amount of dust when unloading from the silo,causing serious dust pollution to the air around the crushing station.In order to study the movement of dusty gas near the receiving silo of the crushing station,the article uses the methods of on-site video recording and fixed-point monitoring of dusty gas to study the dusting law during truck unloading.The dust-laden airflow movement law generated by truck unloading is consistent,including the friction dusting stage,the truck unloading dust extrusion,the induction stage and the dust Brownian motion diffusion stage.The results show that the main source of power for the crushing station to be polluted by silo dust is the extrusion and induction of the flow field in the receiving silo by the unloading material flow of the truck.The induced airflow mainly occurs on the opposite side of the rear of the truck box,and the peak value reaches about 4.3 m/s.
