安神定志丸联合黄连阿胶汤治疗围绝经期失眠症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察安神定志丸联合黄连阿胶汤治疗围绝经期失眠症的临床效果。方法将2020年1月—2020年12月我院专病门诊及住院部收治的100例围绝经期失眠病人随机分为研究组与对照组,每组50例。两组均给予心理疏导和宣教等常规健康指导,对照组给予安神定志丸治疗,研究组给予安神定志丸联合黄连阿胶汤治疗,疗程均为3个月。比较两组临床疗效、睡眠质量、症状、生活质量及性激素水平。结果研究组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分及总睡眠时间、觉醒次数、睡眠潜伏期、睡眠效率均明显优于对照组,改良Kupperman评分明显低于对照组,世界卫生组织生活质量评定量表简表(WHO-QOL-BREF)各维度评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组血清雌二醇(E_(2))水平均较治疗前明显升高,血清促卵泡激素(FSH)、促黄体激素(LH)水平均较治疗前明显降低,且研究组血清E_(2)、LH、FSH水平均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未发生严重不良反应。结论安神定志丸联合黄连阿胶汤治疗围绝经期失眠症,可明显改善病人睡眠质量,提高生活质量,调节性激素水平。Objective To explore the effect of Anshen Dingzhi Pill combined with Huanglian Ejiao Decoction on perimenopausal insomnia.Methods A total of 100 patients with perimenopausal insomnia were randomly divided into study group(n=50)and control group(n=50).The patients in both groups were given routine health guidance such as psychological counseling and education.The patients in control group were given Anshen Dingzhi Pill,and the patients in study group were given Anshen Dingzhi Pill combined with Huanglian Ejiao Decoction.The course of treatment was 3 months.Clinical efficacy,sleep quality,symptom,life quality,and sex hormone level were compared between 2 groups.Results The clinical efficacy of study group was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score and objective sleep quality indexes such as total sleep time,wakefulness,sleep latency,and sleep efficiency in study group were significantly better than those in control group.The modified Kupperman score in study group was significantly lower than that of control group.The WHO-QOL-BREF scale score in study group was significantly higher than that of control group.The serum estradiol(E_(2))levels of the two groups were significantly increased,the luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)levels were significantly decreased,and serum E_(2),LH,and FSH levels of study group were significantly better than those of control group.The above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in two groups.Conclusion Anshen Dingzhi Pill combined with Huanglian Ejiao Decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal insomnia can significantly improve sleep quality and life quality,regulate the level of sex hormones.
