摘　　要：过敏性疾病的发病率在全球呈现增高趋势,已被世界卫生组织列为21世纪重点防治的三大疾病之一。Ig E是过敏性变态反应的重要介质,也是过敏性疾病临床治疗的重要靶点。奥马珠单抗通过靶向结合游离IgE、下调效应细胞上的IgE高亲和力受体,从而减缓或阻止IgE介导的过敏反应。奥马珠单抗的作用机制为过敏性疾病治疗工作提供了强有力的理论基础,在过敏性哮喘、过敏性鼻炎、慢性自发性荨麻疹、特异性皮炎、食物过敏等多种IgE介导的过敏性疾病中表现出了巨大的临床潜力,具有良好的应用前景及推广意义。The incidence of allergic diseases is increasing globally and has been listed by the World Health Organization as one of the three major diseases for prevention and treatment in the 21st century.IgE is an important mediator of allergic reactions and an important target for clinical treatment of allergic diseases.Omalizumab slows or prevents IgE-mediated allergic reactions by targeting free IgE binding and down-regulating IgE high-affinity receptors on effector cells.The resistance mechanism of omalizumab in the treatment of allergic disease work provides a strong theoretical foundation,in allergic asthma,allergic rhinitis and chronic idiopathic urticaria and atopic dermatitis,food allergies and other IgE mediated show a great clinical potential in allergic disease,has a good application prospect and popularization significance.
