摘　　要：本文结合部分城市更新理念,针对国内城市老旧火车站在高铁建设的影响下所产生的一系列现状问题,如公共设施不完善、运输规模不足、火车站站场老化等进行了归纳分析,并通过实地调研、数据对比等手段对当下国内老旧火车站周边区域的功能产业进行了研究,发现其普遍存在着产业结构失衡、功能布局不合理的问题,并就此提出了相关的发展原则与对策。In context of urban renewal,this paper summarizes a series of current problems of domestic old railway stations under the influence of high-speed railway construction,such as imperfect public facilities,insufficient transportation scale and aging of railway stations,studies the functional industries surrounding the old railway stations by means of field investigation and data comparison,and analyzes the general problems of unbalanced industrial structure and unreasonable functional layout.Therefore,this paper puts forward relevant development principles and countermeasures.
