通过香港公屋的类型学研究以探讨我国保障性住房规划与设计的发展方向

摘　　要：随着城市更新行动首次被写入我国五年规划,城市更新的重要性将提升到前所未有的高度,这意味着城市的发展将逐渐转向更稳定、更高质量、更多元化的方向。保障性住房作为重要的城市要素,也逐渐从“求量”时代转向高质量创新发展的阶段。保障性住房的功能正变得多元化,以便满足保障对象的多样化需求。本文旨在通过对香港公屋的类型学研究,总结相关经验,为我国保障性住房的规划和设计及如何在实现高密度和提高生活质量方面取得平衡提供新的视角。With the implementation of urban renewal action being written into China’s Five-Year Plan for the first time, the importance of urban renewal will rise to an unprecedented level, which means that the development of the city will gradually shift to a more stable, higher quality and more diversified direction. As an important urban element, affordable housing has gradually shifted from the era of "quantity-orientation" to the stage of high-quality innovative development. The functions of affordable housing in China are becoming diversified in order to meet the different needs of the guaranteed groups. This paper aims to summarize the relevant experience through the typology research of public housing in Hong Kong, and provide a new perspective for the planning and design of affordable housing in the mainland so as to achieve the balance between high density building and high quality life.
