基于UF1000i尿沉渣分析仪对Clinitek Atlas尿干化学分析仪白细胞计数与反射率的关系研究及思考

摘　　要：目的借助UF1000i尿沉渣分析仪,验证尿干化学分析仪中白细胞计数和反射率之间的潜在关系,从而为尿干化学分析仪的定量改进提供新的思路。方法通过筛选尿白细胞计数大于1000/μl的尿标本,在UF1000i尿沉渣分析仪和Clinitek Atlas尿干化学分析仪上同时测试,记录尿沉渣白细胞计数和尿干化学反射率值,并统计分析两者的相关定性等级的反射率临界点和白细胞临界点验证。结果尿沉渣白细胞计数(X)和反射率(Y)存在较好的关系曲线:Y=109.14 ln(X)+931.94,r=0.9958;尿干化学微量、1+,2+和3+的临界值反射率分别为1150,1231,1380和1553;对应的白细胞临界值(个/μl)分别为5,10,52和330。结论尿干化学白细胞计数与反射率的确立,为现行的尿干化学分析仪的校准提供了新的解决思路,也为尿干化学分析仪由定性向定量发展奠定了基础,从而使尿干化学检测服务于临床的质量更进一步。Objective To verify the potential relationship between the white blood cell(WBC)count and reflectance in urine dipstick chemistry analyzer by means of UF1000i urine sediment analyzer,so as to provide a new idea for quantitative improvement of urine dipstick chemstry analyzer.Methods By screening suitable urine samples(WBC count>1000/μl)and testing them simultaneously on UF1000i urine sediment analyzer and Clinitek Atlas urine chemical analyzer,the WBC count and urine dipstick chemistry reflectance of urine sediment were recorded,and the correlation between them was calculated.Results The curve between the urine WBC count and reflectance was good:Y=109.14 ln(X)+931.94,and the value of r was 0.9958.The critical reflectance of trace,1+,2+and 3+were 1150,1231,1380 and 1553,respectively.The corresponding WBC count(/μl)were 5,10,52 and 330,respectively.Conclusion The establishment of the WBC count and reflectivity of the urine dipstick chemical analyzer provides a new solution for the calibration of current urine dipstick chemistry analyzer,and also lays a foundation for the development of urine dipstick chemistry analyzer from qualitative to quantitative,so as to further improve the clinical quality of urine dipstick chemistry test.
