摘 要:2020年疫情期间,某城市污水再生处理厂强化消毒工序,但导致再生水回补至河道时,生态补水外排口出现大量黄褐色泡沫富集现象。基于此,分别研究了黄褐色泡沫的颜色及泡沫形成原因。结果表明,铁元素组分会在泡沫表面富集,使其呈现黄褐色;富集泡沫样品中的氨氮、磷、阴离子表面活性剂、TOC和蛋白质浓度水平远高于MSBR出水和外排水。将泡沫样品蒸干后得到固体样品,利用傅里叶红外光谱对其进行检测,结果显示,泡沫样品与乳酸链球菌素(72.989%)和黏蛋白(68.741%)的相似度较高。由此推测,泡沫的形成与消毒剂破坏微生物结构而释放的物质有关;同时,氯消毒试验表明,微生物经氯消毒后可释放成泡物质,氯消毒剂诱导的复合反应是泡沫形成的重要成因。In 2020,a municipal wastewater recycling plant strengthened the disinfection process,which led to the result that a large amount of yellow-brown foam was formed in the outfall when the reclaimed water was discharged into the river for ecological replenishment.This study investigated the color of the yellow-brown foam and the reason for the foam formation.The results showed that the iron component could be enriched on the foam surface,making it yellow-brown,and the concentration levels of ammonia nitrogen,phosphorus,anionic surfactants,TOC and protein contained in the enriched foam samples were much higher than that of the MSBR process effluent and external drainage.At the same time,the enriched foam sample was evaporated to dryness to obtain a solid sample.Fourier infrared spectroscopy results showed that the enriched foam sample had high similarity with Nisin(72.989%)and Mucin(68.741%).It is speculated that the formation of foam was related to the substances released by the disinfectant when it destroyed the microbial structure.At the same time,the chlorination experiment showed that the microorganism could release foaming substances after chlorination,and the compound reaction induced by chlorine disinfectant was an important cause of foam formation.
