摘　　要：根据接触开关盖双色塑件的成型需要,选用尼龙(PA)作为底层硬壳材料,TPE作为接触外盖材料来成型该双色塑件。该塑件的双色模具结构由两副独立的三板模组成,分4次开模,采用点浇口浇注。子模具中设计了倒装式定模弯销抽芯机构,用于局部材料充填的让位型倒扣的脱模。设计了一组哈夫滑块用于双色塑件的分型和成型。模具结构精巧,实用性强,可为双色模具设计提供参考。According to the molding needs of the bi-color plastic part of the contact switch cover,nylon(PA)was used as the bottom hard shell material and TPE material as the contact outer cover material to mold the bi-color plastic part.The bi-color mold structure of the plastic part was composed of two independent three-plate molds.The three-plate mold can be opened in four times,and the mold cavity was gated by a point gate.In the sub-mold,a flip-chip fixed-mold bending pin core-pulling mechanism was designed for the demolding of partial material filling and abdicating inverted buckles;a set of Huff sliders was designed for the parting and forming of bi-color plastic parts.The structure of the mold is exquisite,the practicability is strong,and it had a good reference value for the design of the bi-color mold.
