摘　　要：以洗发水瓶盖塑件为研究对象,依据对塑件的工艺分析,设计了一模四腔的自动脱螺纹模具。该模具选用潜伏式浇口,设计了自动脱螺纹机构,采用的抽芯机构为圆弧抽芯,推出机构为推板推出。整套模具结构设计合理,可满足产品的要求。In this paper,a shampoo bottle cap plastic part is taken as the research object.According to the process analysis of the plastic parts,a four cavity automatic dethreading mold is designed.The latent gate,the automatic dethreading mechanism,the circular arc core extraction as the core extraction mechanism,and the push plate as the launch mechanism are used in the mold.The whole set of mold structure is designed reasonably to meet the requirements of the product.
