摘  要:利用DEFORM-3D有限元软件对弹簧圆锥破碎机锥形衬套温挤压过程进行了数值模拟。着重分析了锥形衬套温挤压过程中金属的塑性流动规律,等效应力、等效应变的变化规律以及分布情况,并研究了温挤压模具在温挤压过程中受到的载荷变化,得出了被挤压毛坯的最外侧、中心侧、次中心侧的金属塑性流动速度、等效应力、等效应变等在整个温挤压过程中具有相似的变化规律的结论。提出了压力机吨位不小于150 t的建议。In this paper,the warm extrusion process of conical bushing of spring cone crusher is numerically simulated by using DEFORM-3 D finite element software.The plastic flow of metal,the variation and distribution of equivalent stress and equivalent strain in the process of warm extrusion of conical bushing are emphatically analyzed,and the load change of extrusion die during warm extrusion process is studied.It is found that in the warm extrusion process,the metal plastic flow velocity,equivalent stress and equivalent strain at the surface,at the center and near the center are similar.It is suggested that the tonnage of press should not less than 150 t.
