摘  要:某型核能汽轮发电机组自投产以来,各轴承处多次出现振动波动现象,波动幅度大且周期长。统计历史运行数据发现振动波动以一倍频幅值和相位的连续变化为主,呈一定规律;波动周期约4.5h;发电机转子处波动最明显。关联因素排查试验结果表明降低发电机氢气温度可大幅缓解振动波动程度。解体检查发现发电机密封瓦处存在卡涩痕迹。综合诊断振动波动为密封瓦浮动受阻所致,通过优化密封瓦径向间隙和密封座平面度等措施可有效治理。为同类型故障的分析处理提供了参考。Since a certain type of nuclear power turbine generator unit was put into operation,the vibration fluctuation phenomenon occurred many times at each bearing,with large amplitude and long period.According to the statistics of historical operation data,it is found that the vibration fluctuation is mainly the continuous variation of the amplitude and phase of the first harmonic generation,showing a certain regularity.The fluctuation period is about 4.5 hours and the fluctuation is most obvious at the rotor of the generator.The test results show that the vibration fluctuation can be greatly alleviated by reducing the hydrogen temperature of the generator.It was found that there was jam mark at the sealing pad of generator during disassembly inspection.Comprehensive diagnosis shows that the vibration fluctuation is caused by the blockage of the floating of the sealing pad,which can be effectively controlled by optimizing the radial clearance of the sealing pad and the flatness of the sealing seat.It provides a reference for the analysis and treatment of the same type of fault.
