摘 要:为了提高港口起重机金属结构疲劳寿命预测精度,对Corten-Dolan准则中的唯一参数d提出了一种新的计算方法。变幅载荷的作用下,载荷的加载顺序及载荷间的相互作用效应对结构的疲劳作用寿命也会明显有影响,在既有的计算改进方法基础上,更深入的研究并充分考虑了相邻2级载荷加载运动顺序对疲劳作用寿命的直接影响,采用加大载荷应力比增加影响因子的方法对关键参数d进行了改进,基于此对Corten-Dolan准则进行了改进,并根据4种不同金属材料的疲劳试验数据对几种改进方法的疲劳寿命预测结果进行了对比。结果显示,无论是在两级循环载荷作用下,还是在多级循环载荷作用下,本文改进方法的疲劳预测精度有明显的提升,预测结果更加准确。In order to improve the prediction accuracy of metal structure fatigue life of port cranes,a new calculation method was proposed for the unique parameter d in Corten-Dolan criterion.Under the action of variable amplitude loading,the loading sequence of the load and the interaction effect between loads also had an obvious effect on the frame fatigue life.On the basis of existing calculation improvement method,the direct impact of the loading movement order of adjacent level 2 loads on the fatigue life was further studied and fully considered.Critical parameter d was improved by increasing the load stress ratio and enhancing impact factors,and based on this,the Corten-Dolan criterion was improved.Then according to the fatigue test data of four different metal materials,the fatigue life prediction results of several improvement methods were compared.The results indicated that the fatigue prediction accuracy of the improved method was obviously improved and the prediction result was more accurate under both two-stage cyclic loading and multi-stage cyclic loading.
