摘 要:基于高速切削技术和正交实验理论,这里研究了高速铣削过程中铣削参数对铣削力的影响规律。通过极差分析得出铣削参数a_(p)和f_(z)对铣削力的影响高度显著,而v_(c)和a_(e)对铣削力影响较小。采用多元线性回归分析理论,拟合出x、y和z三方向的铣削力公式,并采用方差分析法对回归方程和回归系数进行了显著性检验,得出回归方程高度显著,其中a_(p)对三方向的铣削力影响均高度显著,其次是f_(z)和v_(c),而a_(e)对铣削力的影响不显著。因此,表明建立的铣削力模型准确。本研究对优化切削加工工艺参数、改善刀具磨损和加工质量具有重要的借鉴意义。Based on high speed cutting technology and orthogonal experimental theory,the influence of milling parameters on milling force during high speed milling is studied.Through range analysis,it was found that the effect of milling parameter a_(p) and f_(z) on milling force was especially significant,while v_(c) and a_(e) had little effect on milling force.Using the theory of multiple linear regression analysis,fitting out x,y,and z direction of the milling force formula,and the variance analysis method is adopted to the regression equation and regression coefficient significance test,it is concluded that the regression equation is highly significant,including a_(p) were highly significant influence on three direction of the milling force,secondly was f_(z) and v_(c),and a_(e) no significant influence on the milling force.Therefore,the milling force model is set up accurately.This study is of great significance for optimizing cutting parameters,improving tool wear and machining quality.
