摘 要:为了进一步提高阀用电机械转换器的输出效率和响应速度提出一种轴向充磁的动磁式电机械转换器的结构方案。该方案有效地克服了动圈式电机械转换器中动子线圈因频繁运动而易扯断的缺点,同时利用直线轴承对输出轴进行径向定位,避免了动子由于吸力向壳体偏移导致卡死的问题。通过Maxwell软件对该电机械转换器的动、静态特性进行仿真研究。在此基础上,设计并制造出动磁式电机械转换器的样机,理论与试验研究说明该动磁式电机械转换器的非线性误差小,响应速度快。In order to further improve the output efficiency and response speed of the electromechanical converter for a valve,a structural scheme of an axially magnetized moving magnet electromechanical converter is proposed.The scheme effectively overcomes the shortcomings of the moving coil of the moving coil type electromechanical converter which is easy to be broken due to frequent movement,and simultaneously uses the linear bearing to radially position the output shaft,thereby avoiding the shift of the mover to the housing due to suction.The problem that caused the card to die.The dynamic and static characteristics of the electromechanical converter were simulated by Maxwell software.On this basis,the prototype of the moving magnetic electromechanical converter is designed and manufactured.The theoretical and experimental research shows that the nonlinear magnetic error of the moving magnetic electromechanical converter is small and the response speed is fast.
