变速工况下双跨转子系统齿轮箱故障诊断方法研究

摘  要:针对变转速工况下齿轮传动系统振动信号的非平稳性和复杂性在故障诊断中的特点及存在的问题,提出了一种结合重采样和优化VMD的分析方法。对于双跨转子系统齿轮箱的试验振动信号,采用等角度重采样方法将非平稳的等时间间隔信号转化为平稳的等角度信号,然后对角度域信号进行基于中心频率观察法和BSA优化的变分模态分解(VMD),合理选择模态分量进行重构,然后希尔伯特变换得到能有效反应故障信息的包络谱,有效识别出系统变速过程中的齿轮箱断齿故障。该方法有效克服了传统故障诊断方法在变工况下的不足,具有一定的实际意义。In view of the characteristics and existing problems of non-stationarity and complexity of vibration signal of gear transmission system in fault diagnosis under variable speed condition,an analysis method combining resampling and optimizing VMD is proposed.For double span rotor system of gearbox vibration signal test,such as Angle resampling methods non-stationary time interval such as signal can be converted to a smooth and Angle signal,then the Angle domain signal based on the center frequency observation method and variational mode decomposition of BSA optimization(VMD),choose the modal component refactoring,then get the Hilbert transform can effectively.spectral envelope of response time of the fault information effectively identify system in the process of speed change gear box broken teeth of failure.This method overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional fault diagnosis method in the variable condition effectively and has certain practical significance.
