摘  要:针对较大功率永磁齿轮在静态转矩特性分析中不能忽略轴向长度问题,建立其三维模型,分析其调磁环尺寸、内外转子铁芯尺寸等变化对转矩特性及转矩密度的影响规律,并与同条件下二维模型作对比。同时针对较大功率永磁齿轮漏磁问题,对其端部效应进行研究。结果表明:轴向长度对转矩特性影响很大的原因是端部漏磁效应导致,其余结构参数的变化同样对转矩特性影响很大,以上研究为较大功率永磁齿轮变速样机设计及优化和转矩特性研究提供了参考。The axial length can not be ignored in the static torque characteristic analysis of high-power permanent magnet gear.Compared with the two-dimensional model under the same conditions,the three-dimensional finite element model is established to analyze the influence of the size of magnetic ring and inner and outer rotor core on the torque characteristic and torque density.At the same time,the end effect of high-power permanent magnet gear is studied.The results show that the axial length has a great influence on the torque characteristics because of the end magnetic flux leakage effect,and the other structural parameters also have a great influence on the torque characteristics.The above research provides a reference for the design and optimization of high-power permanent magnet gear variable speed prototype and the research of torque characteristics.
