绿色技术创新、金融门槛与绿色经济增长--基于沿黄生态经济带的实证研究

摘　　要：在黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展的背景下,以2000—2019年沿黄九省(区)数据,通过引入金融门槛实证检验绿色技术创新和绿色经济增长之间的关系。与已有研究相比,运用门槛模型可以更为有效地度量在何种金融发展环境下,绿色技术创新可以最大限度地促进绿色经济增长。主要研究发现:绿色技术创新与绿色经济增长呈现显著正相关关系;沿黄九省(区)金融发展水平低,金融发展存在双门槛效应;沿黄九省(区)人力资本、经济发展差距大难以形成有效合力。在不同金融发展水平下,绿色技术创新会对绿色经济增长产生不同的结果,这一发现丰富了沿黄生态经济带的理论。最后从提升金融发展水平、促进区域合作以及激发绿色技术创新活力三方面提出了对策建议。In the context of ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River basin,this paper empirically examines the relationship between green technology innovation and green economic growth by introducing financial thresholds using data from nine provinces and regions along the Yellow River from 2000 to 2019.Compared with existing studies,this paper uses the threshold model to more effectively measure the financial development environment under which green technology innovation can best contribute to green economic growth.The study finds that green technology innovation and green economy growth are significantly and positively correlated.The financial development level of the nine provinces and regions along the Yellow River is low,and there is a double threshold effect of financial development.It is difficult to form an effective synergy between human capital and economic development disparities in the nine provinces along the Yellow River.Under different levels of financial development,green technology innovation produces different results on green economic growth,enriching the theory of the eco-economic belt along the Yellow River.Finally,the paper gives suggestions for countermeasures in three aspects——improving the level of financial development,promoting regional cooperation and stimulating the vitality of green technological innovation.
