列宁关于无产阶级政党巩固执政权威的思考与探索

摘　　要：列宁以俄国革命与社会主义建设为实践基础与逻辑起点,就如何巩固政党执政权威进行了深入研究和系统阐述,为新时代中国共产党如何延续并强化执政权威提供了理论指导与借鉴。在列宁看来,注重道义威信与权力威信是巩固党的执政权威的基本内容;坚持党的领导是巩固党的执政权威的根本前提;坚决维护党中央权威是巩固党的执政权威的重要内容;提高党员质量是巩固党的执政权威最重要的任务;争夺并巩固意识形态领导权是巩固党的执政权威的关键;大力发展社会生产力是巩固党的执政权威的根本途径。Taking the Russian revolution and socialist construction as the practical basis and logical starting point,Lenin made an in-depth study and systematic analysis on how to consolidate the ruling authority of political parties,providing theoretical guidance and reference for the Chinese Communist Party in the new era on how to continue and strengthen the ruling authority.In Lenin's view,emphasizing moral prestige and power prestige is the basic content of consolidating the ruling authority;insisting on the party's leadership is the basic premise of consolidating the ruling authority;firmly upholding the authority of the Central Committee is an important part of consolidating the ruling authority;improving the quality of party members is the most important task to consolidate the ruling authority;struggling for and consolidating the ideological leadership is the key to consolidate the ruling authority;developing productive forces is the fundamental way to consolidate the ruling authority.
