摘 要:四钢管组合柱是一种新型的大跨越输电塔主材形式。结合输电塔四管组合柱初始缺陷特点,在考虑初弯曲的单肢验算法基础上推导了考虑初弯曲和初偏心的四管组合柱单肢验算法计算公式。应用有限元分析研究适用于输电塔组合柱的换算长细比公式以及弹塑性稳定承载力计算方法,并结合苏通大跨越钢管塔案例对计算公式进行进一步验证,为该类构件设计提供了参考。结果表明,采用考虑缀板剪切变形影响的换算长细比公式能得到更准确的弹性稳定承载力,而在计算名义长细比小于10的组合柱弹塑性稳定承载力时应考虑缀板剪切影响。Four-tube built-up column is a new type of main member for long-span transmission tower.Based on the chord-checking method considering initial bending,the equations of chord-checking method considering initial bending and eccentricity is proposed in this paper.The equivalent slenderness ratio equations and the design method of elastic-plastic stability bearing capacity of built-up columns,including equivalent slenderness ratio method and proposed chord-checking method are compared by finite element analysis.Furthermore,the design methods are applied on Sutong large-span transmission tower.The results show that the equivalent slenderness ratio considering the shear deformation of batten can predict the elastic stability bearing capacity of built-up column accurately.The elastic-plastic stability bearing capacity of built-up column obtained by the equivalent slenderness ratio method considering the shear deformation of batten is safe;as for the elastic-plastic stability bearing capacity of built-up columns with slenderness ratio less than 10,the effects of batten shearing should be considered.
