摘 要:以主跨420 m的大跨度网状吊杆拱桥济南齐鲁大道黄河大桥为背景,运用ANSYS有限元软件对锚拉板式偏心索梁锚固结构进行有限元计算,研究其局部应力分布、传力机理和极限承载力。分析结果表明,锚拉板的圆弧倒角处出现小范围的应力集中,偏心对结构受力影响较小;锚拉板结构的传力路径为吊杆-锚管-锚拉板-钢主梁,主要依靠锚管、锚拉板与主梁三者之间的焊缝进行力的传递;弹塑性计算分析表明,索梁锚固区极限承载力为运营状态标准组合下的最大吊杆力的3.98倍,以锚管端部全截面塑性破坏作为结构失效标志。Based on the main span 420 m long-span network arch bridge Jinan Qilu Avenue Yellow River Bridge,the finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to carry out finite element calculations on the cablegirder anchorage structure with tensile anchor plate to study its local stress distribution,force transmission mechanism and ultimate bearing capacity.The analysis results show that there is a small range of stress concentration at the arc chamfer of the tensile anchor plate,and the eccentricity has little effect on the structure.The force transmission path of the structure is:boom to anchor pipe to tensile anchor plate to steel main beam,which mainly relies on the weld between the anchor pipe,tensile anchor plate and main girder for force transmission.The ultimate bearing capacity is 3.98 times of the maximum boom force under the standard combination of operating conditions,and the full-section plastic failure of the end of the anchor pipe is taken as the structural failure sign.
