摘 要:上海某偏置连体高层建筑,采用钢框架-中心支撑结构体系,存在扭转不规则、楼板不连续、侧向刚度不规则、大底盘双塔及连体结构等多项超限内容。针对以上内容,运用YJK与ETABS两款软件进行了对比分析,采用YJK进行弹性时程分析,采用ETABS进行弹塑性动力时程分析与楼板应力分析,并对关键的大底盘双塔部分进行了专项分析。结果表明,结构具有良好的承载能力与抗震性能。A high-rise building with offset connection in Shanghai,using frame-center support structural system,contains several over-limit contents such as torsion irregularity,floor discontinuity,latral stiffness irregularity,large chassis with twin towers and connected structure.According to these,YJK and ETABS are used to conduct comparative analysis.Elastic time history analysis is conducted with YJK and elastic-plastic dynamic time history analysis and floor stress analysis are conducted with ETABS.In addition,a specialized analysis based on the large chassis twin towers is carried out.The results show that the structure has good bearing capacity and seismic performance.
